Les Moulins de Kleinbettingen has launched a new flour and pasta brand called "Le Moulin", made from 100% Luxembourg grains sold in 100% recyclable packaging.

Les Moulins de Kleinbettingen has launched a new flour and pasta brand called “Le Moulin”.

Jean Muller, director of Moulins de Kleinbettingen, presented the new brand and the two different ranges.

“We are launching the first pasta made from 100% Luxembourg wheat. We have been testing this durum wheat in Luxembourg for 5 years, and in the last 2 years we have had excellent results. We have harvested more than 1000 tonnesand it is with this local raw material that we produce our pasta. It is therefore a 100% local product and the packaging is 100% sustainable and recyclable.

“Le Moulin” products will soon be available in all supermarkets in Luxembourg.
