Jean Muller, director of Moulins de Kleinbettingen, presented the new brand and the two different ranges.
“We are launching the first pasta made from 100% Luxembourg wheat. We have been testing this durum wheat in Luxembourg for 5 years, and in the last 2 years we have had excellent results. We have harvested more than 1000 tonnesand it is with this local raw material that we produce our pasta. It is therefore a 100% local product and the packaging is 100% sustainable and recyclable. ”
“Le Moulin” products will soon be available in all supermarkets in Luxembourg.
