British stunt driver Jessica Hawkins took the lawnmower to the race track, topping speeds of 150mph (241km/h). Mean Mower V2 reclaimed the Guiness World Record for building the fastest lawnmower in the world, accelerating to 160km/h in just over 6 seconds.

In order to be eligible for the record, the lawnmower had to still look like one and still be able to mow the lawn.

In contrast, regular lawnmowers reach top speeds of 6km/h. Would you use one of these for your patch of land?
