The competition, which attracts thousands of visitors annually to County Kerry, Ireland, celebrates Irish culture with street performances, concerts, and parades. The Luxembourg Rose has been part of the festival since 2002, although it has been on pause in recent years. The last Luxembourg Rose, Nicola McEvoy, was crowned the International Rose of Tralee in 2012.

This year, however, they are back and looking for participants. The event will be held at the Parc Alvisse Hotel in Dommeldange on Saturday, 17 May. The winner will attend the Rose of Tralee International Festival from 15 August to 19 August.
