Festival organizers, Joe Wolff of Wolff Brewing Co. and David Rocas of event bar Rocas, bring back the Kirchbéier Craft Beer Festival!

Joe Wolff and David Rocas spoke to Melissa Dalton on her Today Radio show, The Home Stretch, about the return of the Kirchbéier Craft Beer Festival.

This year, the festival boasts sixteen different breweries, some home grown and some from around Europe. Besides beer, the event will also have a bar with wine, cocktails, and soft drinks.

The festival begins on Friday with a jazz concert, a free lindy hop dance workshop, a free 150 cl beer glass, and a happy hour. Friday night’s festivities do not require a ticket. The breweries will be set up on Saturday and Sunday, as will four food trucks.

Another change coming to the festival is a kids zone, featuring a bouncy castle, a candy floss machine, and other kid friendly activities. Children under the age of sixteen get into the festival free.

Throughout Saturday and Sunday there will be different DJs and games around the event. Today Radio will have a small team hosting games, so drop by and say hello!

The festival has also implemented more crowd control tactics designed to keep lines short and moving. Last year, they expected 2,000 guests for the entire weekend, but instead had 3,000. Make sure to buy your tickets in advance by clicking here to guarantee a spot at the festival.

There are three different kinds of tickets available for purchase: a Saturday pass, a Sunday pass, and a full admission ticket. The full admission ticket comes with a free festival glass and free tastings from two of the participating breweries. The festival is open from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The event takes place in the Central Park in Kirchberg.

You can also find links to purchase tickets by visiting Wolff Brewing Co.'s Instagram, Facebook, and website.
