It’s the Luxembourg Museum Days this weekend, giving you free access to around 40 museums all around the country. There are special programmes for the whole family and doors open between 10am-6pm. For details on guided tours, exhibitions and workshops, visit the website of Luxembourg Museum Days.
Each Whit Monday, the town of Wiltz comes to life for the Broom Festival. Known as the Geenzefest in local dialect, the festival honours the broom, a bush with yellow flowers that grows abundantly on the hills of the Éislek region in the north of Luxembourg. Thousands of spectators visit the town to have fun and especially to see the Broom Queen and her parade! There’s a big programme running from Saturday to Monday.

For all you bargain hunters and or anyone wishing to sell their unwanted treasures from the boot of your car, book a spot with the British Ladies Club (BLC) as soon as possible (today!). Bicycles, clothes, bric-a-brac, books toys, furniture etc. can be offered for sale. All items must be second hand. For all inquires, email carboot@blc.lu.

Europe’s largest vintage clothing sale is back: From designer brands to replica football jerseys, from thick winter coats to breezy summer dresses, the nomadic shop provides you with an array of different items at reasonable prices. As the name suggests, you buy in weight. Get your tickets for free on the website, where you will be assigned to an allotted time for you to find your hidden gems.

A festival full of colour, amazing food and electronic beats returns to Kirchberg’s municipal park. One of Luxembourg’s leading electronic music collectives, Lauter Unfug, have curated a lineup with international as well as local talent. If you’re a fan of dance music and all round good vibes, get yourself down there this weekend - they even have a hippie village.
