Ingredients

  • 250 g beef fillet
  • Pink pepper
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Rocket
  • Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roll beef fillet in pink peppercorns, salt and pepper, wrap in clingwrap and freeze
    for 2 hours.
  2. Serve thinly sliced with sliced strawberries, rocket and parmesan, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
