
Cooked soba noodles, to serve
Heat oil in a large wok on high. Stir-fry mushrooms and white of onions 2 - 3 minutes, until tender.
Add spinach, green of onions, tamari, seeds and oil. Stir fry 1 - 2 minutes until just wilted. Add vinegar and cooked noodles.
Accompany with a little extra tamari – a Japanese soy sauce, made without wheat.
