Ever since vaccine rates started going down in Germany, creative ideas have begun surfacing to convince people to get their Covid jab after all.

In Sonnenberg in southern Thuringia, the average daily vaccination rate was set at 140 people. However, once officials decided to offer a free sausage with every jab, the centres were truly flooded with people.

According to reports, 250 people had already queued up by Friday afternoon. After all, Thuringer sausages are famous around the world, and it seems that even locals are not able to withstand the offer of grabbing free food for the bargain price of a Covid jab.
