This may have worked better over the weekend but seeing as though the sun is hanging around, and the evenings are brighter, lets dust off the Barbies and get our grill on....
With that in mind, we here at RTL Today Towers (tm) thought it may well be a good idea to share some of that collective knowledge.
And by that we mean, collect the knowledge and then share it online.
Ribs and burgers and to top the lists. A good jacket tatty is also there or there abouts. Pork chops and lamb also get a good portion of the cooking space, but what's your preference?
Your editor, I admit, is a bit of a novice grill tender, I can do some mean marinated salmon and get a decent burger on the flame, though that's mostly down to luck rather than judgment.

I'm not especially guarded of the grill space either, although I am wary of those eyes watching the coals go white...
Whether you are charcoaler or a gas-griller, meat-eater or veggie-fan, this is the weather that brings out the best of best.
We all know that a BBQ is only as good as the side plates...and we would be keen to see your fave lists there too, perhaps a pic or two!
So, without further ado, let us know your very best grill tips, your secret sauces, and, should you feel especially keen, decent drink pairings for a good ol' grill up.
