- 160 g milk, room temperature
 - 350 g flour, type 550
 - 20 g fresh yeast
 - 50 g butter, room temperature
 - 30 g cane sugar
 - 1 egg, room temperature
 - 1 tsp salt

- +/- 60 g butter, room temperature
 - 3 – 4 tbsp cane sugar
