Need something whipped up in under 10 minutes? Look no further than this two pan dish...
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, white and green parts chopped separately
- 300 g baby spinach
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Cooked soba noodles, to serve
- Heat oil in a large wok on high. Stir-fry mushrooms and white of onions 2 - 3 minutes, until tender.
- Add spinach, green of onions, tamari, seeds and oil. Stir fry 1 - 2 minutes until just wilted. Add vinegar and cooked noodles.
TipsAccompany with a little extra tamari – a Japanese soy sauce, made without wheat.
