Job Description:

Working within the Engineering team, you will interface closely with the Advantage+Elite (A+E) platform, assist in root causing issues, propose and verify concepts for future monitoring development, and work on special projects for developing modules to niche markets. In addition to working with the Monitoring Center, activity will include collaborating with field service, development engineering and operations teams to develop solutions.


Key responsibilities include:

Interfacing with the A+E monitoring center; taking on deep dive investigations beyond the capacity and time constraints of the monitoring desk and taking them to root cause resolution
Applying lessons learned from root cause resolution back to the A+E monitoring program with the goal of developing predictive detection and alerting
Leading cross discipline efforts into researching niche market needs, and developing monitoring and alert strategies to serve value-based drivers
Proposing new opportunities or solutions to enhance monitoring technologies
Work effectively with supporting teams (service, sales, quality, engineering, etc) as necessary


Qualifications:

Engineering Degree, or Engineering technician with appropriate experience
Minimum 10 years experience with Husky equipment including assembly, testing, service and engineering with all Husky products including machines, molds, robots and other product handling equipment.
Minimum 3 years experience with molds process optimization and troubleshooting
Data driven, systematic approach to troubleshooting
Ability to work with new and evolving technologies
Excellent knowledge of Systems technology and related mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as, controls and injection molding process
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and interact effectively and professionally with customer
Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering and service functions
Data-Driven AI Development – Transforming raw data into actionable insights through model selection, feature engineering, and performance tuning
