1. Fossil hunt and paleontology workshops and events

Jean-Philippe Blouet, paleontologist and geologist, organises fossil hunts and other similar events and workshops on the topics of geology, paleontology, and fossils. These take place in the Lorraine and Champagne areas in France, and in Germany.

There are workshops for both children and adults.

Discover how paleontologists work, how they look for fossils; go on field trips, experiment, and learn!

2. Sunset and nightwalks, stargazing and more

Nightwise.lu’s runs a series of activities aiming to raise awareness of what light pollution is, the risks on human health and wildlife, and what we can do about it, but also to help both children and adults to learn more about astronomy.

Don’t miss the nightwalk on 1 May, as well as stargazing experiences for families with children, ideally from age 7.

Event details here and more on Nightwise.

3. Architectural workshops

The original workshops offered by LUCA (Luxembourg Centre for Architecture) not only help children and adults to discover more about architecture, but also to encourage observation and new ways of thinking.

The next workshop will be on 25 April; you can find more information here.

4. Good manners workshops

What are good manners and why are they important? How do you learn politeness and respect? What are table manners ?

These questions and many more are answered during the workshops, in either French or English, for children and adults by Etiquetteluxmanners.com.
