Here's your ultimate pumpkin guide with more places to find pumpkins and to carve them in and around Luxembourg.

Farms and pumpkin patches

A Lill – Haff Famill Peller, Luxembourg

It's always a joy to visit this family farm. From the moment you arrive, the magical world of picking your own veggies and flowers opens up. The farm provides you all equipment you need, your only obligation is to return it and pay for what you have picked up – both cash and Payconiq are accepted.

The variety and quantity of pumpkins is amazing, and you can take amazing photos of the kids with pumpkins in their real environment as the children learn how pumpkins grow out of the earth. It is open 24/7. Don't forget proper attire for rainy weather and let the fun begin!

Address: 36 rue de Kehlen, Keispelt, Luxembourg

Hahn.lu, Luxembourg

Maybe the most famous pumpkin farm in Luxembourg, Hahn.lu is open until 7pm during the pumpkin season. The first time I visited this farm with the children, we could not believe our eyes. Every single variety is represented, from the smallest to the biggest, from the longest to the shortest, just amazing diversity and beauty.

This perhaps isn't a traditional pumpkin patch, but you will not be disappointed. Let your children touch, observe, ask questions, and of course pick their favourites to eat and decorate. Did I mention the people of the farm are also very nice?

Les paniers de Sandrine, Luxembourg

You can get pumpkins and other vegetables from this farm on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3–7pm, as well as on every third Saturday of the month from 10am–1pm. It's a nice way to introduce children to healthier eating habits while showing them how veggies grow.

This farm in Germany is around 1h 45min from Luxembourg, but it's always very worth the drive.
