Young aspiring actors aged 15–25 with a link to Luxembourg now have a unique opportunity to star in one of three upcoming feature films, with no prior experience required and paid roles available.

Are you an aspiring actor or know of anybody looking to get into the industry, aged 15–25 years old? Then now is your time, as three feature films are being shot and produced in Luxembourg and they are looking for young actors to fill major roles.

The filmmakers are looking for people of all genders, gender expressions, and of all ethnicities for the following films:

  • Stephen Korytko's Dead Dad Girl (Samsa Film) is a black comedy about high schoolers mixed up in crime, but don't worry, the girl’s not dead! Her dad is definitively dead, though.
  • Jacques Molitor's Lizardqueen (Amour Fou Film) is a dark fantasy featuring a young musician who escapes the afterlife to set a few things right about her untimely death – so that girl IS definitively (un-)dead.
  • Govinda Van Maele's Thelma (Les Films Fauves) is a drama about the healing powers of theatre and the director is looking for the role of the main character’s niece.

No acting experience is required and it is paid work, so don't be shy!

If you want to participate, you need to have a link to Luxembourg and speak Luxembourgish and/or English fluently.
To apply, please send an email to: castingfilm2025@gmail.com with the following pieces of information:

  • a recent head shot,
  • a 30-second video presentation,
  • a CV and/or contact info.
