It'll be more of an outside "What's On" this weekend, so go ahead and explore the Dudelange climbing park, canoeing tours, DIY Tipi-building and best swimming spots in the country!
1. High hopes at outdoor climbing park
What: Urban climbing track
Where: 203 Rue du Parc, 3542 Dudelange, Luxembourg
When: Saturday and Sunday between 10am-7pm
Temperatures are still skyrocketing this weekend, but sitting inside is still a bit boring. So the perfect spot is right below the trees, where the forest breeze cools you off and leaves keep out the sun. "Parc Le’h" in Dudelange is an adventurous option, as it hosts over 100 different activities on 7 different rope courses. No matter your level, there's a track that's just right for you, low or high above the ground. Start out slowly with only a metre height, and then increase the intensity, height and adrenaline! Don't forget the Tarzan Swing!
Our colleagues even did a video report about it: RTL Introduces Park Le'h

Dreaming of taking to the skies? Luxembourg-based aviation academy Hub'Air is hosting a free webinar on Sunday to talk you through the process and answer questions about the journey to becoming a pilot. 4. Explore natural swimming hotspots
What: Fresh splash

When: All weekend, but avoid harsh sunshine hours
Swim
What: Live music from the Philharmonie
Where: Videos available on homepage
When: Anytime, with a nice glass of wine
Over the past two months the Philharmonie has hosted several stunning live streams online. The good news is that they can all be rewatched on the venue's website. Follow this link here to the homepage, and be inspired by the afro-jazz sounds of Lionel Loueke, the stunning performance of the Reis Demuth Wiltgen Trio, and much more. And we have good news, too: the venue is back for live music. This week the OPL performed Luxembourg's National Anthem.
6. Build a heat-resistant Tipi with the kids
What: DIY sleeping spot
Where: Anywhere around the house
When: All weekend
We all have a hard time sleeping with these temperatures. Pulling your mattress outside may not be the smartest idea this weekend with expected thunderstorms, so why not get creative in the basement or in the living room with the kids? All you need is some wooden poles, string and cloth. Tie it all together, place a fan nearby, add some cosy lights - there's your home-made tipi!
