Luxembourg-based contemporary-folk and loop artist Bartleby Delicate is releasing his second EP “Deadly Sadly Whatever”, recorded during lockdown and produced by renowned French electronic artist and producer Napoleon Gold. Bartleby explains that his music is meant as a catalyst for positive thinking and healing in these strange times. He will be signing copies at the pop-up store Am Gronn on Saturday.

Time for some real Luxembourg street cred. On Wednesday and Thursday evening, students from ten Luxembourg high schools flock to Rotondes with their teachers to present an entire hip-hop show. All forms of expression are permitted, whether that includes dance and beatbox or wall graffiti. Enjoy this 10th edition of the show, a real celebration!

Mendy - Das Wusical is a play where slapstick, family drama and jazz concerts meet and merge into a child-like, playful journey - a children’s play for adults, to say. This story surrounds the Mendy riding stables, where a crazy family deals with love, growing up, marriage conflicts, death and happiness. Local artists are on stage and there’s live music as well.

The Luxembourg Museum Days are a great way to discover the museums across the country and Luxembourg’s museum heritage for free. On 15 and 16 May 2021, more than 40 museums in Luxembourg open their doors from 10am to 6pm. What: Rich history of Luxembourg’s east

In 1975, excavation works for the Echternach lake exposed the remains of one of the most important Roman villas north of the Alps. The ruins of the villa date from the 3rd century. Next to the villa, scenes from everyday life of a Gallo-Roman family can be seen in an information centre. Take a guided tour through this special site in several different languages. What: Opening of future Dudelange community space

Over the last months, a small group of volunteers from DKollektiv have gotten together in their spare time to renovate and build infrastructure for a future community space in the Neischmelz area of Dudelange, which used to be a steelwork factory but will become a habitable district. It’s only the start of a wonderful initiative, and they’re inaugurating the space this Saturday with a live concert by Don Gio & Roda and guided tours.
