Cave will be playing alongside his band the Bad Seeds at Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette on Tuesday 2 August 2022.
Tickets for the concert will be available online here from 10 a.m. on Friday 25 February.
Known for hits such as The Ship Song and Red Right Hand - the theme tune for the hit British show Peaky Blinders - the Australian singer is back in the Grand Duchy for a concert for the first time since 2017, although he did make an appearance at the Philharmonie in 2019 as part of his Conversations with Nick Cave tour.
The band’s Rockhal gig will come in the latter half of a world tour which kicks off in the USA in March, having initially been scheduled for 2020.
Their latest release was 2019’s Ghosteen, a deeply personal album which saw Cave reflect on the 2015 death of his 15-year-old son.
