Lorde fans wasted no time this morning. Tickets for her recently announced Luxembourg date flew off the virtual shelves, selling out in less than 30 minutes.

The Grammy-winning artist is set to play Rockhal on Sunday, 9 November, marking her first show in the Grand Duchy. Demand was sky-high, with fans crashing den Atelier’s website and wiping out the entire allocation before most people had time to refresh their browsers.

Den Atelier summed it up best in a post shortly after the sell-out:
“WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY. You broke the website & sold out Lorde in just a few minutes. You’re absolutely unhinged (in the best way). We can’t wait to dance, cry, and scream-sing the royal hits with you.”

The show follows the April release of What Was That, Lorde’s first new music in four years. The single debuted at No.1 on Spotify in the US, her first chart-topper there since Royals, and reached No.3 in the UK and No.5 globally. It’s a triumphant return for an artist who’s spent the last decade shaping modern pop through intimate lyrics, minimalist production, and bold artistic choices.

If you missed out on tickets, don’t panic just yet: Today Radio will be giving away a pair a little closer to the show.
