Sprints
Is there a radio station that plays Sprints as much as Today Radio? We would doubt it. We try catch them any time they come to town and in this interview Sarah Tapp chats mostly about their debut album Letters To Self which had just been released at the time of recording.

Rick McMurray (Ash)
Sam Steen caught up with Rick McMurray from Ash as the band was gearing up to release their latest album, Race The Night. They discussed the band’s evolution, their songwriting process, sticking around for as long as they have and all the while Sam tried not to pass out because he loves this band so much. If you listen closely you can just about hear the moment he blacks out, hits his head on the table and wakes up again. It's quiet but it's there.

Alan Duggan (Gilla Band)
Before there was Fontaines DC there was Gilla Band, without them the music scene in Ireland would be a whole lot less interesting. Influential, inspiring, intense, they're monsters in the music scene but Alan is the nicest guy there is in this fun chat about their last album, tour and ongoing legacy.
