The Vaccines are a dynamic indie rock band formed in 2010 and hailing from the vibrant streets of West London. Their music combines elements of rock, punk, and pop, and is characterised by catchy melodies and energetic performances. They gained significant attention with their debut single 'Wreckin' Bar (Ra Ra Ra)' and their breakout hit If You Wanna'.
The band's early success was marked by their raw, infectious sound, quickly earning them a dedicated fan base and critical acclaim. Over the years, The Vaccines have continued to evolve their style, releasing several albums and maintaining their presence in the indie rock scene.
Their latest album Pick-Up Full of Pink Carnations, which dropped earlier this year, was inspired by Justin Young's time in LA and reflections on the American dream, with Young exploring the disconnect between reality and expectation.
