Preparations for the big concert at Herschesfeld are running at full speed... Food village, stage, backstage and sanitary facilities are being put into place.

Cranes are constructing an enormous stage. To help them move about iron plates have been laid out, these plates also help protect the grass and carry the weight of the stage.

Behind the scene, the artists will find a huge backstage area with everything they could possibly wish for — they even have a soundproof sleeping area.

In order to cater for the 18,000 concert goers, a big food village has been put up. In addition, a number of Dixi-Toilets have been installed.

In the following days the site will continue to change until the big night is here on Saturday.

In short, the organisers are ready for the big open-air concert.

Useful information: How to get to Herschesfeld

Concert goers have to decide beforehand how they want to get to the site. Herschesfeld is not connected to public transport and roads around the site will be closed off.

Den Atelier suggests opting for one of these alternatives:

1)SHUTTLE: Drop-off-point is P+R Bouillon, from where shuttles will bring people to the concert and back. Tickets for the shuttle need to be bought in advance on www.atelier.lu and cost €5 per person. More information on how to get to P+R Bouillon with public transport can be found on www.mobiliteit.lu

2) PARKING: An on-site parking is available for cars and motorbikes under 3.5 tonnes. Buses and Minibuses are NOT allowed on the parking. Tickets for the parking also need to be purchased in advance on www.atelier.lu and cost €20 per car. A free shuttle will drive people from the parking to the site and back.

3) GREEN TRAVEL: Walk or come by bike! 200 secure bike stands will be available close to the entrance. The bike parking can be reached from Crauthem via Rue de la Montagne, it's free and ecological!

Free public transport (buses and trains) is included in every Rammstein ticket on 20 July.
