Déraciné is a Virtual Reality game exclusive to Playstation.
Players take on the role of a fairy at an isolated boarding school. Hidetaka Miyazaki‘s involvement lends the title some power as he is know of rhois work on the dead-hard but lauded Bloodborne games. ‘The story is a new take on classic adventure games and utilizes PS VR’s technology to take gamers on an entirely unique and personal experience,’ says Official Playstation magazine.
Eric says: “The story! Beautiful, charming and haunting. I played it twice in a row even though it’s a VR title and the PlayStation VR kind of hurts my head.”
On the advent of the next gen consoles, such as PS5 and the new XBox Eric is resolute: “At the moment I’m not too excited about the PS5 because there are still a lot of PS4 games I want to play.”
Eric is a confessed classics games and believes that gamers should enjoy the current crop of titles and hardware for good while yet, “They should wait anyway.”
