The "Migration, Culture and Citizenship" festival will also include the yearly "Book and Cultures" fair .
Like every year, Luxembourg's Liaison Committee of Foreign Associations (CLAE) is organising the Migration festival and the Book and Cultures fair at the beginning of March.
The festival will take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of March 2018 at Luxexpo and will include 52 stands offering a wide range of books in many languages.
CLAE's project manager, Jean-Philippe Ruiz explained that the large choice of books, this year, was made possible thanks to the contribution of 32 different associations. There will be attractions for children as well: books, reading corners and film screenings are just some of the things that are planned for the younger generation. Ruiz emphasised that helping children become enthusiastic about reading is one of the main goals of the organisation.
With the range of books on display, CLAE is sure that there will be something for everyone. According to Kristel Pairoux, Communication Manager, the festival should be accessible to the entire family.
The 6th edition of "ARTSmanif" - where painters, sculptors and photographers from all backgrounds get to showcase their work - will also take place as part of the Festival.
