Thai football club Kanchanaburi Power FC has terminated its contract with Luxembourg player Gerson Rodrigues, citing “circumstances and facts”, the Francophone news site virgule.lu reported on Saturday.
The club published a press release on its social media accounts referring to “circumstances and facts” that had consequences for the contract. What exactly the Luxembourg player is accused of remains unclear.
Virgule quotes local sources alleging that Rodrigues had not been attending training regularly. The player had only transferred to the club in August 2025.
