Mohammed Hussein from Sudan took first place in the men's race, with a minute's lead over Belgium's Nicolas Navet.
Max Lallemang came third, followed by fellow Luxembourgers Christophe Kass and Yannick Lieners.
No one could beat Bisetegen in the women's race, in which Anny Wolter came second.
