Making his first-ever Grand Slam appearance, Luxembourg tennis professional Chris Rodesch was eliminated from Roland Garros qualifying by French opponent Ugo Blanchet in straight sets.

Luxembourg professional Chris Rodesch's debut Grand Slam appearance ended in the first qualifying round of Roland Garros.

The 23-year-old, currently ranked 172nd globally, fell to French opponent Ugo Blanchet (ATP 193) in straight sets (7-6, 6-4).
