The Luxembourg Football Federation announced on Monday that Leandro Barreiro would miss Tuesday's match against Bulgaria due to suspension.

The suspension was triggered by a yellow card shown initially to Barreiro as he sat on the bench during Saturday's match against Estonia, yet the referee appeared to change his mind and issued the card to Marvin Martins instead.

UEFA has since investigated the issue and concluded the card was meant for Barreiro.

The suspension only adds to the Red Lions's selection woes, as they will also be without the injured Seid Korac, Danel Sinani, Laurent Jans and Christopher Martins on Tuesday.
