In a recent announcement, the Francofolies festival unveiled a further highlight of this year’s programme: an immersive experience based on the iconic DJ duo Cassius – legends of the French Touch movement.
Francofolies, as the name suggests, specialises primarily, although not exclusively, in French-language acts. This year’s edition, scheduled for 12 to 14 June, will take place in Esch-sur-Alzette and already boasts an impressive line-up including Macklemore and Feu! Chatterton.
Most recently, organisers announced a new concept experience for its prospective guests. Inspired by the now-iconic Boiler Room Sessions, the Cassius Club will let revellers get up close and personal with Hubert ‘BoomBass’ Blanc-Francard.

The touring experience offers a 360° show, with Boombass’ booth in a central position. Nestled in the forest, the organic dancefloor will be open to the sky – promising a wild, immersive experience.
Guests will also be surrounded by further DJs, creating a surround-sound effect for all involved. Whilst the identities of these additional DJs have yet to be revealed, the Cassius Club experience promises to be a highlight of this year’s edition of the Francofolies Festival.
Tickets are already available for this year’s Francofolies, from Friday, 12 June to Sunday, 14 June. For guests interested in the Cassius Club experience on Friday, 12 June, Day Passes are also available.
