Celebrate the Lunar Hindu New Year with delicious Indian dishes and more

Kannada Koota Luxembourg A.S.B.L (KKL) invites everyone to join the event Ugadi 2023. Ugadi or Yugadi in Sanskrit means "the beginning of the new age," and is celebrated as the new year according to the lunar Hindu calendar. It is popular in many southern states of India.

The event is scheduled for 25th March 2023 from 12h at Centre Culturel de Beggen. Traditional South Indian lunch, cultural programs, games, high tea and open dance floor on the cards. Everyone is welcome to join and be part of this extravaganza.

Kannada Koota Luxembourg is a non profit, cultural association promoting and preserving Kannada culture, traditions and heritage in Luxembourg. The goal of the A.S.B.L. is to promote educational and cultural activities pertaining to Kannada language, culture and heritage of Karnataka.
