According to the Républicain lorraine, the young woman in her early twenties lost control of her motorbike and came off the road on the A4, near Hauconcourt at 11pm on Monday night. No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
The woman suffered severe injuries, although she was conscious when the emergency services arrived. The air ambulance took her to the central hospital in Nancy to be treated.
