Yesterday evening saw yet another tweet from US President Donald Trump and his strange desire to buy Greenland.
He took to twitter to reassure residents of Greenland that it was not his intention to build another Trump Tower there.
While it’s not the first time the US has tried to buy Greenland, it seems that Trump is definitely intent on succeeding. This comes just mere days after a report said that Trump would like to procure Greenland, despite it not being for sale.
While the goals of this purchase aren’t completely clear, it seems that the President is interested in the self governing regions natural resources and geopolitical relevance.
