None of them explicitly names Trump but it seems clear they’re having a laugh at the US President’s behaviour at the summit.
Replying to Johnson’s question "“is that why you were late?”, Trudeau said "“he was late because he takes a 40-minute press conference off the top,” alluding to Trump’s unscheduled press conference with journalists earlier on Sunday. He added: “you just watched his team’s jaws drop to the floor.”
Trudeau later confirmed that he was talking about Trump:"last night I made reference to the fact that there was an unscheduled press conference before my meeting with President Trump. I was happy to be part of it but it was certainly notable.”
Trump, meanwhile, reacted by saying that Trudeau was “two-faced.” He nevertheless conceded that " “honestly with Trudeau, he’s a nice guy.”
