After Monday’s incident in which a lorry caught fire and left the motorway closed, a second lorry has delayed motorists on the A31. For reasons still to be determined, a heavy goods lorry has ended up on its side, lying on the road. The road has been closed in the direction of Toul-Nancy, near Toul services.
