A man was run over by a roller coaster at a Berlin Christmas market on Saturday evening. He died at the scene as a result of serious injuries. The man in question was most likely a ride attendant, according to a firefighters’ spokesperson.
The cause of the accident remains currently unknown.
The four individuals who were in the carriage that hit the man received psychological assistance in the aftermath to the incident.
The accident is under police investigation.
