A man who had previously had his permit revoked for drug use was caught again under suspicious circumstances at the Landau police station in Germany. Officers noticed his odd behavior, which they identified as typical signs of drug use. A test confirmed their suspicions: the man had consumed cannabis. As a result, due to his prior offense, the repeat offender was not given his permit.
