A strange altercation took place on 17 November following a 1-1 draw between Terville and Soetrich.
According to the RépublicainLorrain, the two teams had a disagreement in the stadium’s car park and the situation rapidly turned violent.
When a Soetrich player fell to the ground, a Tervillois attempted to separate the main protagonists in the fight. His well-meaning initiative, however, earned him a bizarre injury when the Soetrich player attacked his genitals and bit his penis.
As a result, the victim was given a dozen stitches to repair his foreskin and was unable to work for four days. He has filed a complaint against his attacker.
