As reported by the Belgian site l’avenir.net, the crash occurred at 2.20am on Wednesday morning, not far from Bastogne. A car with Luxembourgish number plates was heading in the direction of Liege on the E25 when it crashed into a lorry.
The driver of the car and his passenger both died in the collision. The people in the lorry sustained light injuries. Witnesses claimed that the Luxembourgish car had been driving considerably fast before the collision occurred.
