The car had been standing in the middle of the street with fogged-up windows for quite some time. But it wasn’t just the windows getting steamy. When police went to check on the matter, they discovered the couple having sex - in true Titanic style.
Both stated they “could no longer hold back their desire for each other” because the traffic light was broken and was never turning green. The red light certainly helped set the mood for some good vibrations.
According to police, the traffic light did not jump to green because the driver had come to a standstill too far forward and was therefore not recognised by light sensors. The couple was “visibly embarrassed”, police said.
The revved-up pair were allowed to continue on their way after paying a fine.
