A Belgian newspaper reports that a court in Brussels will decide Marc Dutroux’s future.
In the 90’s Dutroux abducted six girls, tortured and raped them, killing four. He was sentenced to life in 2004.
In Belgium a life sentence is usually 30 years and after two thirds of the time it is possible to be released early.
