A record-breaking eight cooling towers were demolished at Cottam Power Station in Britain on Thursday.
The towers formed part of the Nottinghamshire landscape for over 55 years. At the station's peak, it employed 750 people, producing 2,000 megawatts.
On 14 August, the towers were flattened simultaneously in a series of controlled explosions. Watch the impressive video below:
