A spokesperson for Koblenz police confirmed authorities are actively searching for the suspected perpetrator. The victims, two men and a woman, have been identified, but further details have not been released.

Earlier, police classified the incident as a serious crime and issued warnings to the public, advising against offering lifts and urging residents to secure their doors and windows. Despite these precautions, the spokesperson assured there was “no specific danger” to the public.

Reports indicate that around 3.45am on Sunday, police received an emergency call about a violent crime. Upon arrival, officers saw a man fleeing the scene. A manhunt is now underway, with authorities setting up a hotline for tips.
