On Thursday morning a lorry has crossed the central reservation on A315 at the height of Borny and has ended up on the other side of the motorway, blocking traffic towards Fey-Paris.
The motorway has been under construction since 6:30 AM and has been closed off to allow rescuers to evacuate the vehicle and to clear the road. At 11:20 AM works were still ongoing.
The Sanef recommended drivers wanting to take the A4 to divert to the RN 431. Traffic is still very congested around Metz.
According to our information, the lorry driver was able to get out of the driver’s cabin before rescuers arrived. We do not have any details concerning his health condition.
