1-year-old twin babies died in New York after their father left them in his hot car when he went to work.
According to the New York Police Department, he now stands accused of manslaughter, negligent homicide and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned on Saturday.
Police suspect that he forgot the children. The judge on the case asked that the father be put on suicide watch, his lawyer said during a press conference. His next court date is on 1 August.
