Citizens can now activate their eSanté accounts and access their personal health records directly, without having to wait for a code via mail.
The only tools needed are a LuxTrust verification method and a private space on myguichet.lu. Of course, access via esante.lu or the MyDSP app continue to be viable alternatives.
Through the DSP, patients can view their health data (e.g. analyses, radiography), grant rights to doctors or emergency services, upload medical information, sign up for programmes such as organ donation, and define a DSP assistant for parents or those in need of extra support.
