An unknown assailant attacked and mugged a woman on Rue Jean-Baptiste Gellé in Bonnevoie at around midnight on Tuesday night.
The culprit managed to steal the victim’s phone from inside her purse and subsequently fled towards Place Leon XIII. The woman sustained injuries and was taken to hospital for a check-up.
The attacker was described as being between 20 and 30 years old, about 180 cm tall, with dark hair and of athletic build. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
