A man was arrested on Sunday evening at a Luxembourg train station supermarket for refusing to pay for his items, with an outstanding arrest warrant discovered during the police check.

On Sunday evening, Luxembourg police were called to a supermarket at the train station after a customer attempted to leave without paying for his purchases. When officers arrived, they found the man, who appeared to be visibly intoxicated.

During the routine check, police discovered that an arrest warrant had been issued for the individual. As a result, the man was taken into custody and transported to the Uerschterhaff Penitentiary Centre.
