At around 9.10am on Wednesday, a pedestrian was mugged in the Gare district around Luxembourg City’s central train station. The perpetrators grabbed the victim around the neck and stole cash, according to reports.
Later on Wednesday, another person was mugged on Rue de Bonnevoie, shortly before 3pm. In this instance, the thief shoved the victim and stole their wallet.
Police have launched investigations into both incidents.
