According to reports, as the victim got off the tram, which was heading towards the central railway station, an unidentified assailant attacked them from behind.
The victim was forcefully grabbed by the neck and subjected to kicks. Authorities describe the perpetrator as a young individual who promptly fled the scene after the assault.
In the aftermath, the victim discovered that a gold necklace had been forcibly ripped from their neck.
In light of this incident, the authorities are urging anyone who witnessed the assault or possesses any pertinent information regarding the assailant to come forward.
