Police announced two recent break-ins in their latest bulletin, one affecting a single-family home in Troisvierges, the other taking place in Howald. In both cases, the perpetrators entered the building via a terrace door and turned the entire home upside down in search of valuables. Forensics teams were deployed to both crime scenes.
Police further report that an accident took place on Rue de Roodt-sur-Syre in Mensder. A motorist crashed into a stationary vehicle and fled the scene, but authorities located the man soon after. Since he tested positive for alcohol, authorities revoked his driving license.
